Property Inspections

These accounts are called drive-bys in the industry. However, we provide a service that requires you to get out of your car, take photos and determine condition and occupancy. Many of these accounts will come back monthly, you will continue to monitor the property for any changes and report on those changes.

Insurance Loss / Loss Draft

These accounts are appointment based accounts. You will schedule an appointment with the homeowner. At that time you photo document the repairs and the percentage of completion. A report will be signed and submitted to the insurance company documenting your findings. This enables the Insurance company to pay out the cost of repairs to the homeowner and/or the contractor performing the work.

Field Chase

The primary objective for a field chase is to make contact with the person listed on the work order, This contact results in obtaining information or getting them on the phone with the lender. These are considered an early delinquency interview. Most of these are one run and require a letter to be left on the door if no contact is made.

Merchant Site Inspections

The purpose of a merchant site inspection is to determine if a new company is operating as they have proclaimed. These companies have requested either a credit card machine or the ability to run credit checks and or background reports. We get the order many times a daytime appointment is set up during business hours. We are on time, dressed professionally and take photos and ask the questions required on the report. This information is then filled out online with the photos submitted.

Nationwide Disaster Inspections

Disaster inspections are issued to verify condition of properties after a tornado, hurricane, flooding, wildfire or any other disaster.

Letter Deliveries

Letter Deliveries usually are batched and sent out once a month. The goal here to deliver a letter to the person on the work order. If unable to catch them at home the letter is to be left on the door.
